In understanding your project we can provide the necessary cost analysis for a project either in an estimated budget or on a more detailed basis through to progress cost reports and final costings of the completed project.

Other services that can be provided include Structural Engineering, Heating and Ventilation design, Electrical layout designs and details, Interior scheme layouts and designs also dealing with The Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and the Construction Design Management duties and responsibilities.

Construction:

We are able to provide a full contract administration service for your project from the commencement on site to the completion of the work and its maintenance period.

We are also able due to our long associations with a number of large and small contractors and also specialist contractors, able to offer a full design and construct service on buildings and interiors, with all the relevant safeguards in place.

Design Fees:

After our initial consultation and before commencement we will agree with you our fee requirements including any disbursements be it on either a percentage basis for those larger projects or on a fixed fee basis for the smaller ones.
