Design:

We will prepare intial scheme designs based on your brief and revise according to subsequent discussions.

At every stage your personal objectives will be addressed within the design and, should you wish, right through to the inerior design and decoration.

When agreement has been reached on the final design we will prepare the necessary information for other professionals involved.

Also at this stage we will progress all stages in accordance with the statutory rules and regulations.

Applications:

In accordance with normal practice we will, on your behalf, make applications to relevant authorities to enable them to reach a decision about the project. As all authorities vary in the way they reach decisions, not all approvals can be guaranteed.

Contract Administration:

We will obtain tenders for all works, submit them for your approval and provide the contract administration of the project until completion.
